Will Visalus Protein Shakes Interfere With Augmentin?
Question: will visalus protein shakes interfere with antibiotic augmentin absorption for my U.T.I.? guar gum is not in the shakes like is in benefiber, but gum arabic and xanthan gum is it them.

Dr. - in your first paragraph after you said hello did you mean that one SHOULD or SHOULD NOT take augmentin in regards to meal times. I understand that most antibiotics may cause G.I. distress and your suggestion of before or after meals makes sense. But, in regards to Augmentin and mealtimes and absorption what did you mean in your first paragraph. Thanks.
