Hi XXXXXXX,

Thank you for contacting Healthcare magic.

The commonest cause for recurrent headaches is migraine.
In this condition, headaches occur on one side or whole head, and lasts for more than four hours. Feeling of vomiting may be present. Headache tends to become more severe when exposed to sunlight or noise.

If these symptoms are present, you may need to start on migraine medications such as flunarizine, propranolol, etc.
For pain relief, you may take Etoricoxib tablets.

If you have any double vision, imbalance while walking, weakness of one arm or leg, etc, you may need to see a neurologist and get a brain scan (CT or MRI) done.

I hope it clarifies. Please get back if you have any more queries.
Best wishes,
