Question: Dr I was given hcg trigger injection on 14th day i.e. on 23rd XXXXXXX when left ovary has one 18mm egg. On 24th XXXXXXX by usg she told egg is not ruptured yet. I was with my husband on 23rd, 24th XXXXXXX But he has to go for some important work on 25th XXXXXXX & may be he will come on 27th or 28th XXXXXXX Pls tell me when I should be with him for pregnancy to occur. Is there is any chance left for pregnancy or not?

If the follicle has been ruptured, it means the ovum has been released. Intercourse at this time is sufficient to enhance chances of conception.

In the current scenario, your follicle may rupture anytime. Please see that you have sexual intercourse at least on alternate days from now on.

If travel is inevitable, please see that the gap of alternate days is maintained. If not possible, the chances may decline.
