Question: My Tsh is 5.12 .my wt is 104 kgs .less intake but weight gain.no junk foods . what is my ideal levothyroxine limit

Brief Answer: Start with T4 100 mcg. Detailed Answer: Dear user, Hi! there is nothing like ideal dose but you must start with 100 mcg and monitor after 6 weeks. you need to maintain TSH between 1 and 2, at whatever dose. as far as weight is concerned other than thyroid and diet, start exercising as well regularly.
