I will be glad to be of assistance.

In order to maintain a healthy skin, you would need to first of all have a daily skin care routine.

That would comprise of using a facewash thrice daily.
Using a sunscreen once every four hours daily.

If your skin is dry, then you can use a moisturizer twice a day. If its oily them you can use a light moisturizer at night.

Neutrogena is a good brand for all the products, however you can use these products of any brand.

Intake of 3-4 litres of water daily would ensure a well hydrated and healthy looking skin.

Having green leafy vegetables like spinach, broccoli, fenugreek, coriander would help in maintaining a healthy skin.

Anti oxidants from these are especially important.

Hope these recommendations are helpful in maintaining a healthy skin.
