Brief Answer:
Curently very poor prognosis.

Detailed Answer:
Hi Mam.

I understand your query and concern.

Stage 3 lung cancer has a survival rate of only 10-20%.This can be still lower in presence of coexisting medical morbity like Cirrhosis and Pancreatitis.

He is still expected to receive 3-4 more chemotherapy cycles, provided if his medical condition shows compliance to therapy.

But as per his current status ,he seems to be in acute confusional state termed as Delirium.

The swollen legs are an indication of circulatory decompensation secondary to liver cirrhosis.

Overall outlook seems poor at this stage.

Currently the prognosis is dismal.

Post your further queries if any.
