Brief Answer:
Dont worry.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Nice to see you back after some time. (If you remember me!!!)

You need not be concerned about the red mark on the shoulder.
Being someone who has interacted with you for quite a time, I seriously believe you worry too much about minor things. It is impossible to go around and work without being touched by anybody, and they don't mean any infectious contacts.
I would recommend you to consult a psychiatrist as your self diagnosis of OCD is quite a possibility. I promise that your attitude will change after consultation and you will be happier. you will also save money of unnecessary consultations about minor things, will see that your quality of work improves and your relation with friends strengthens. This is in your interest only.
All the best.

Brief Answer:
stress and disturbed sleep

Detailed Answer:
Night sweats may be seen in many conditions. They can occur when you have disturbed sleep and psychological stress.
As you do not have fever or weight loss, it is unlikely that your night sweats are pathological.
