Brief Answer:
Dry eye can be cured in its initial stages

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

I am Dr. Dadapeer K, an ophthalmologist and I will be answering your questions.

I reviewed your history.
It seems from the history that you are diagnosed with dry eyes.
Dry eyes in younger age can be cured, until unless it is associated with some systemic problems or it is long standing.

Most of the times dry eyes in young can be cured, hence no need to be worried.

The treatment for dry eye is in step wise approach and the first step is the use of artificial tears/ lubricating eye drops and to avoid the predisposing factors like over use of laptop or computer, avoiding use of air conditioners and exposure to dust, smoke, wind....

If the dry eyes are controlled evaluation to assess the severity of dry eye by simple tests like tear film tests and to rule out systemic problems needs to bed one.
In this step the use of antimetabolite eye drops like cyclosporine and steroids is helpful.

Hence I advice you to consult a cornea specialist who will be specialized in treating dry eyes.

Hope this information is helpful to you.
Do write back to me for further questions.

Thank you
