Suggest Treatment For Kimuras Disease
Sir,I am a 38 year old male suffering from kimuras disease i under went surgery thrice to get rid of the enlarged tumours near the neck and mandibles but the growth keeps coming back ,I also took a three month course of cyclosporine the growth vanished but after cessation of medication the growth along with sneezing and itching returned my eosinophil count is also elevated only cetrizine daily gives me some relief so please help me

dear Prednisolone with cetrizine is helpful. if not improved leflunamide with oral prednisolone is useful.still not improved cyclosporine useful.
intravenous immunoglobulin may useful trigger long remission.
all transactions tretenoic acid with steroid/pentoxyphylline is useful.
imatinib also useful for remission.
photo therapy/radiotherapy/surgical resection is useful.
