Brief Answer: Candid-B cream; Mebendazole as deworming Detailed Answer: Hi there. At the outset, thanks for that detailed & clear picture of your issues. Did you perchance use protection during the first & subsequent exposures? History of subsequent sexual contacts/marriage etc unclear. It is very possible in the light of negative IgG & IgM tests, that you had some sort of 'irritant' or 'contact dermatitis' & this can be recurring with a similar exposure. Also the pin worm infestation may have been an issue. I suggest a 3 day course of the older mebendazole tabs 100mg twice/day if not dewormed in the last 6 mths or if only with albendazole. Please do try the application of a cream called Candid-B for 2-3 days & revert. Take the prescribed single Zocon tablet. Perhaps a clear digital image uploaded could help us better. Do hope these suggestions help you. Best Regds & Godspeed! Dr Praveen Rodrigues MD
