Hi & Welcome.
Thanks for posting your query on health care magic.
I have gone through your history and the prescribed medications.
1. Injection Stimogon (Chorionic Gonadotropin) given during early pregnancy is found to be useful in preventing miscarriage (abortion) as it is known to play a critical role in the establishment & maintenance of pregnancy.
2. Generally, it does not have any side effect on pregnancy however it may cause mild headache, nervousness or pain at the site of injection which are tolerable.
