Brief Answer:
Chances of normal pregnancy are there.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.

I have seen the attached report. Since a proper yolk sac has been visualized and fetal poles are present and the G sac is regular the chances of a viable pregnancy are there. The dates are not corresponding to your LMP. This can happen due to a delayed fertilization. It is best to wait for another 10 days and get a repeat scan done to detect the sac growth and fetal cardiac activity.

Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health

Brief Answer:
The medicines are safe.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
Fetal cardiac activity cannot be induced by medicines. The medicines that you have been prescribed help in attachment of placenta to the uterus and decrease the chances of abortion. All these medicines are used during early pregnancy and are safe including metital.
Hope my answer is helpful.
Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.

Answered by Dr. Dr. Rakhi Tayal (7 hours later)
Brief Answer:
Get TVS scan done to detect cardiac activity.

Detailed Answer:
Tranostat is given to stop the bleeding. Intact fetal poles do not suggest anything. It is better to get an ultrasound scan done from a radiologist or go for a transvaginal scan to detect fetal cardiac activity and yolk sac.
Right now you can only take rest to avoid any further bleeding.
There is no medicine which causes formation of heart beat in the baby.
Regards.
