Brief Answer:
post menopausal bleeding.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query,
Any bleeding per vaginally in post menopausal women should be investigated for ruling out any cervical or uterine cancer. So a per speculum examination, a pap smear and a transvaginal ultrasound pelvis and if required an endometrial biopsy is required to rule out above possible cancers.
