Question: the anteverted uterus appears heterogeneours with dimensions of 87 x 78 x 66mm

At least four fibroids ranging between 24x23mm to 51 x 43mm are seen. The largest fibriod is located on the anterior wall and impinges on the 3mm endometrium.

The myometrium appears heterogeneous with a 27 x 23mm posterior wall fibroid seen. The ovaries appear unremarkable. No free fluid is seen.

I don't have any children.

What do you mean by asymptomatic stage

What made me check, for the last two months on the first two days my periods was a lot more heavy than usual. I used about 8 to 10 pads that is not normally the case for me.

Also the lower back hurts at time wasn't sure if it was associated with it
