Question: I'm 29 year old, last month my ultrasonography revealed that my uterus is anteverted
1)both ovaries are PCO pattern
2) no solid/cystic mass lesion noted
3) right ovary measures 30* 19mm
4) left ovary measures 35*18 mm
Impression:
1) 5.2 mm thin endometrium
2) B/L PCOD
3) Adenomyosis.

I have been taking metital since last month. My height 5.3" and weight is 75kg. Please help me as I am unable to convince.

Hello
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Yes, your ultrasound report shows PCOD - polycystic ovarian disease.
You need to reduce your weight by atleast 5 kg as PCOD is a hormonal imbalance, and can lead to irregular periods, weight gain etc.
What symptoms ( problems ) do you have ?
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Take care.

My periods are regular, but as per my reports no solid/cyst is formed. Also last year I did conceive but the sac didn't develop and I had to abort. After that i consulted doctor and I am taking metital medicines for the past 1 month. I gained weight only after marriage. So what would be your suggestion for me. As doctor has said nothing is wrong with my reports, all my other blood reports and hormone, thyroid reports are normal. He just prescribed me 4 months to take Metital tablets.

Thank you for the updates.
Yes, your scan is showing PCOD, so Metital should be taken for it.
You can try to conceive naturally if you wish, take folic acid supplements.
Try and exercise and continue a healthy low calorie diet to try and lose weight.
There is nothing seriously wrong with you so do not worry.
Take care.
