Brief Answer:
Findings suggests moderate size 10 mm gall bladder calculus.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

Your mother findings suggests moderate size 10 mm gall bladder calculus.
I suggest for cholecystectomy(surgical removal of gall bladder)because it is the definitive treatment.
Gall bladder stones are prone to obstruction and infection so it is wise to get rid of it.
Now a days operation is done by laproscopic method. Recovery is fast by this method.

Findings also suggests renal calculi in both kidneys. She should drink lot of water and she may need stone dissolving syrups.
It is good that renal calculi are non obstructing.

Get well soon.

Hope I have answered your query.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
