Brief Answer:
see a urologist for treatment of prostate gland enlargement.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX and welcome to HCM. your symptoms are typical of prostatism or benign enlargement of prostate gland. the scan shows a prostate gland of 33gm size ,with residual urine of 50ml. it's a slightly enlarged and bladder is not emptying urine completely. a urologist will do some tests like urine routine and microscopy with culture, to rule out urinary infection, as you've frequency of urine. you also need a peak flow rate test, to assess force of urinating.certain other tests like,CBC,urea ,s.creatinine, blood sugar, and PSA will be done.depending on the results, he/she will advice treatment. benign enlargement of prostate can be treated with medicines. so don't worry at all.
wish you a speedy recovery from your symptoms.
