Question: My mcv is 77 , mch is 25.5 and eosinphils is 1.11. How can i make it normal.

Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Low MCV and MCH signifies iron deficiency and can be associated with Iron Deficiency anemia. However, in cases where Hemoglobin levels are normal and iron studies are also normal, they don't carry significance and don't require treatment.
I would recommend you to go for Iron studies and write back to me with the reports.
Now, Your Eosinophil count is marginally high and can occur in case of recent viral infection or if you have any form of allergy like sneezing, skin allergy. If you don't have any allergy taking anti helminthic drug like Mebandazole is a good idea in case you have any parasitic infection ongoing that can also cause a rise in eosinophil levels.

Hi sir
My iron level is normal and ferritin level also within the range. When i got my first blood test then haemoglobin was 141 but ferritin was 14 which is low. I got my ferritin test today it was above 20 that is within good range. Should i go for onemore
