What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Question: Period is due in next week
Female, Age 22
Mild pain in the left pelvic region.
Mild Fatigue
PCV 35.60
ESR 26
Differential Leucocyte Count (DLC): Eosinophils - 8.00%
Absolute Leucocyte Count: Eosinophils- 0.65 thou/mm cube

As you are having left side pelvic pain,it can be due to few reasons but before giving my opinion I would like to ask a few questions from you.
Are you having burning and frequency in urination?
Are you having associated bowel habbit changes?
Any other associated symptoms?
Where the pain is situated?

To answer your questions,
There is no burning during urination and the frequency is also normal as usual.
There is no changes in associated bowel habbit.
The pain is same as the pain before menstrual cycle and is towards the left pelvis near the uterus.
Last two days i felt irritated but today I am normal.

With your history and reports the pain is most likely due to premenstrual syndrome and occurs due to hormonal changes.
You can use hot water fomentation or you can take pain killer and antacid after consulting with your doctor.
If pain persist than get a ultrasound scan test done.

Thank you for the reply.

I also did a pregnancy home test and the results were negative. The last sexual intercourse I had was 15 days back.

As of now the pain has disappeared.
