Question: i am 38 years feel slighlty feverish everytime, my lymphocytes count is 41/Eosinophils as 07
in the blood report - its states eosinophilia- normochromic normocytic

Based on your query and lab reports my opinion is as follows
1. Your lymphocyte counts are on the higher side of normal range. This might explain low grade fever.
2. Lymphocytosis occurs in viral infection.
3. There is definite increase in eosinophils. You will have to get a absolute eosinophil count done.
4. It’s necessary to find out the cause of eosinophilia. Get a stool examination done to look for parasites as cause of eosinophilia. Other allergic conditions like asthma, skin allergies have to be ruled out.
5. Your complaints of fever may be related to eosinophilia as well as it might trigger inflammation and the events following it will trigger release of pyrogens causing fever.
6. Normocytic normochromic blood picture means RBCs are normal.

1.Viral infections mean nonspecific complaints like bodyache, headache/ loss of appetite or more specific like upper respiratory tract infection/ gastrointestinal tract infection.
2. You can record the body temperature to know if it is actually fever or not. If temperature is above 98.6 degrees on Fahrenheit scale, then it is fever.
3. Also get a ESR done along with absolute eosinophil count and stool examination done for parasites.
4. If its a viral infection, counts will settle once the infection settles.
