Brief Answer:
L2-L3 and L5-S1 disc extrusion.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

I have gone through the attachments which you have uploaded.
L2-L3 disc extrusion with superior migration and L5-S1 disc bulge are significant findings.

I would suggest you to start on a prescription typically like-
1)Tab Etoshine-MR 1 tab twice a day(after meals)
2)Tab Pantocid 40 mg once a day(empty stomach)
3)Tab Maxmala forte 1 tab per day
4)Tab Symbal 60 mg once a day
5)Tab Gemcal once a day
Along with spinal exercises will help. Please visit a physiotherapist.A neurosurgeon's opinion should be taken as well, especially for L2-L3.

PLEASE TAKE MEDICINES UNDER A PHYSICIAN'S GUIDANCE ONLY.

Hope that helps. If you have any further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.

Hi Sir,

Thank you for your speedy responses. What could be the reason for significant bulge ? On sept 09th - I suddenly bend forwarded to empty the bucket (with only half amount of water) in the bathroom and I heard a click sound in my back..... was that a bulge ?
Was my back really not strength enough at that time, sound bend could be a reason
Last but not least - what is my stage (grade) of spinal cord. Can this be cured without any surgeries and what could be treatment duration to be fit enough as normal person
I have already contacted Physiotherpist for 3 weeks treatmen and he has started LFT t

Hi Sir,

I am not sure about this capsule, but I am trusting him and already started taking this tablet.
Do you want me to take your capsules which you mentioned in above thread ?
1)Tab Etoshine-MR 1 tab twice a day(after meals)
2)Tab Pantocid 40 mg once a day(empty stomach)
3)Tab Maxmala forte 1 tab per day
4)Tab Symbal 60 mg once a day
5)Tab Gemcal once a day

The only good thing in my situation is, I am able to walk, do my work slowly at office, travelling to home and always using cabs (instead of driving by my own)

Can you please let me know - what is my stage and what are chances to improve to normal life ?

Brief Answer:
You can just read the composition on the strip.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX XXXXX,
Thanks for being in follow-up.

As I said, please read on the capsules strip. Further, you can start the above prescription however, if you are taking gabapin, then don't take maxmala forte(take either of the two).Rest of the medicines, you should take and let me know how you respond in 5 days.

Response to medicines will actually guide regarding the further course. It is not a tumor where we can tell the stage. Its about whether symptoms are responding to medicines or not.I hope to see you improving soon.

Learn spinal exercises from a good physiotherapist.
Hope that helps.
