Brief Answer:
No surgery required, visit your endocrinologist

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.

Your MRI report is suggesting a mass in pituitary fossa near gland which may be a tumor.
The size commented doesn't require a surgery at present.
You need to get hormonal profile done to evaluate for any hormonal imbalance.

Drugs are available along with radiotherapy if required.
You consult your endocrinologist for further management.
At present no surgery is required.

Hope you found the answer helpful.
Do get back to me for further queries.
