Brief Answer:
It's a normal ecg

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
It's a normal ecg.
The only abnormality q wave in lead 3 which is non significant since it's present in only one lead. It suggest some old problem if present in multiple leads. I guess she didn't have any old heart issues.

Brief Answer:
These are called as atrial ectopics or extra beats.

Detailed Answer:
These are called as atrial ectopics or extra beats. These are common with age. Needs no treatment. No need to worry about these and not life threatening. However, it may later progress to atrial fibrillation which is also a common condition, but heart rate can rise and it will need certain medicine.
Further management depends on the symptoms of the patients. Does she have any palpitations, shortness of breath, hypertension, chest pain, if yes then she ll need further test like echo or holter monitoring. So please get back with details of the patient for further opinion.
