Brief Answer:
No abnormality.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up.

As I already mentioned, there is no abnormality in the doppler study. If its migraine, you can be put up on a trial of anti-migraine medicines and try to identify and avoid the trigger factor. There can be several trigger factors for migraine like sunlight, stress, tea, coffee, chocolate, cheese, alcohol, smoke, stress.Avoiding the trigger is the cornerstone of treatment.

Hope that helps. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up.

Answered by Dr. Ajay Panwar (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Adequate water intake/Serum electrolytes test.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up.

I have also gone through your MRI Spine which do not explain your current symptoms.
I would suggest you to get serum electrolytes test, which may explain low BP issue sometimes.
Further, more important to maintain normal BP is to have adequate amount of water intake(at least 3-4 litres of water per day).

Hope that helps.
