Brief Answer:
Just a normal variation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Your vaginal swab report is showing few pus cells and few red cells. There are no detectable pathogenic organisms. Few red blood cells and pus cells can be a normal finding or can be associated with a mild sub clinical infection. Since there are no detectable organisms in the swab there is nothing to worry and no active treatment is needed for now.
Please feel free to discuss further. I will be glad to answer the follow up queries that you have.
Wishing you good health.

Hi, i also did a urine test and it was negative for UTI but the dr found crystals in my urine therefore she has adviced me to drink more water since i am not drinking enough.. I also did a culture test and a herpes test because of inflamation of the vaginal lips just to be on the safe side.. The dr has prescribed me a vwash, a cream to help treat the inflamation and a supposatory thats usually used for yeast infection called luminox something like that and some powder to mix with water to help reduce urine burn

Brief Answer:
Details below.

Detailed Answer:
Hello.
Thanks for writing again.
The presence of crystals in the urine is suggestive of a concentrated urine. Drinking more water and the powder will make the urine alkaline thus reducing the burning sensation. The inflammation on the vaginal lips is not due to the infection since the test has come negative. Applying a steroid based antiseptic cream will help in reducing the inflammation. Using V- wash will help in reducing the inflammation. You are getting the right treatment. Do continue with it. The symptoms will improve in a week or so.
Hope my answer is helpful.

Hello.
Presence of red blood cells indicate that there has been an active bleeding in the area. But since the number is few it can be a normal variation as blood is an important ingredient of our body and can be found anywhere.
Mild subclinical infections are the mild bacterial infections that are asymptomatic and are not detectable on clinical testing.
Since the symptoms appeared after shaving, it can be due to inflammation of the vaginal lips due to minor cuts.
I have seen the attached report. It is normal. If the herpes test result is also negative then there is no need to worry.

These are the latest reports for herpes and culture tests

Brief Answer:
Reports are normal.

Detailed Answer:
Vaginal swab and urine culture show no growth of organisms. Thus there is no infection at present. The mild inflammation will subside on its own in next few days.
