Brief Answer:
It may be due to breast cysts.

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXX

Predominant hypoechoic lesions in breast with post acoustic shadowing may be due to cyst.Breast cyst is a fluid-filled sac within the breast.
Cysts typically produces posterior acoustic shadow. It is a benign condition.

Breast cysts usually doesn't require treatment unless it is large and symptomatic.

Fat necrosis may be related to surgery.
You can consult your surgeon. You also need proper clinical examination.
