Question: Hello sir ,
My wife's endometrial sample HPE shows normal proliferative phase with no TB. But molecular study shows mycobacterium tuberculosis DNA detected . Does she need to take ATT ? We have a child of 3years and she had 2episodes of ectopic pregnancy on left side . HSG shows patent tube on the right .Can you suggest further management.
