Brief Answer:
May be contaminant urine sample

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day

Dear Ms

When the urine is collected for giving the sample, in majority if cases it's not clean catch specimen. If the area is not washed thoroughly and the labia not separated , the urine will come in contact with the skin. This leads to sometimes presence of white blood cells and red blood cells especially in view of inflammatory lesion present in surrounding.
I would require additional information for me to be able to assist you

1. What are your symptoms /complaints ?
2. Do you have any thick / foul smelling vaginal discharge ?
3. Do you have any urinary complaints like increased frequency of urination, increased urgency?
4. Is there itching or redness in bikini ares ?

Awaiting your response

Take care

Thank you for ur answer doctor.
I had a skin allergy before this happend in my face and neck only,a dermatologist here without doing any test gave a me lot of antibiotic for 15 days.I week after i finished with these,i had the symptoms.Yes i had itching and redness in the bikini line and i didn't know what to do,this was the first time i had to do an analyse.I have years with the same person,i wash myself many times a day.Thats why i was worried.I had no smelling vaginal discharge. No problems during the urination,no burns,no nothing.Only the itching was horrible.
Doctor said that everything was ok,but i had to be sure,i don't trust anymore them after what happend because of the antibiotics :(

Once again thank you doctor, thank you from my heart.

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ms

The itching and redness in the bikini area is likely to be due to fungal dermatitis also known as Tinea Cruris. Exact diagnosis will depend on clinical examination. Local application of antifungal like Clotrimazole and steroid like Betamethasone will be helpful.

I am glad to know that you seem to be relaxed.

Wishing you a very happy and healthy life.

Take care
