What Does The Following Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

Question: Please refer to the report of Chest PA view X ray attached in this question. My mother is having continuous fever from past 1 month around 99-100F. Kindly inform me on the report and suggest me on what to do.

If she is having breathlessness then bronchitis is more likely.

Thanks for your follow up question on Healthcare Magic.
I have gone through the report you have attached.
Report is stating hyperinflation with congestion in both lower lobes.
This means possibility of obstructive Airway disease like bronchitis is more.
She is also having Hila congestion.
So we should also rule out cardiac disease like hypertension, heart failure etc.
