Brief Answer:
What are your symptoms?

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com.
I am Dr.Ajay Panwar,a neurologist,here to answer your query.

Diffuse cerebral atrophy is common as the age increases. Your's being mild diffuse cerebral atrophy is probably age related and not due to any disease. However,I can make a better comment about it if you can upload your MRI images or CD.You can upload the MRI CD on google drive and paste the link over here in the follow-up query.

Regarding 'Left sphenoid and bilateral ethmoidal sinusitis'- I would suggest you to please consult an ENT specialist as any pathology related to sinuses lies in their domain.

Lastly, clinical correlation is important for interpreting investigations. So,please tell about your complaints and symptoms,so that I can make better comments about your question.

I shall be glad to have you in follow-up with further queries.

Brief Answer:
Possibly primary headache.Not dangerous.

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Thanks for being in follow-up.

Your headache may be primary headache(like migraine or tension type headache) or due to sinusitis. Please get evaluated by an ENT specialist for sinusitis. If the treatment of sinusitis does not improve your headache, you may need treatment for primary headache.
These MRI changes are not dangerous and don't worry that much.As I said, please consult an ENT specialist now.

Hope that I have answered your query. If you have some further questions,I shall be glad to have you in follow-up else please close the thread, rate it and write a review.
