Brief Answer:
Need to consult Skull base Surgeon

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your feedback.
I am really worried by the information that their quarter of bed was full of liquid from the nose.
CSF leak - rhinorrhoea should be ruled out.

Watch if there is liquid coming out of nose on bending, if yes collect this in a glass tube supplied by the lab and send for analysis.

There is no other condition that can give so much fluid.

The report is not showing any tumor or so. It is showing that the ethmoidal sinuses are having edema of its inner lining. The anterior clinoid process is bony parts of sphenoid that do not have air that is pneumatization.

I would advise you the following in such a situation:
I'd suggest getting an appointment with an ENT Surgeon who deals with skull base surgeries for proper evaluation, examination, further investigations and proper management.

I hope this helps you to get a proper diagnosis at the earliest and get a proper management.
Please let me know if there are any further queries.
