Brief Answer:
Cancer of nasopharynx

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
Cancer of nasopharynx as per your report.
Locally there is no destruction of bone. It is a good sign if there is no bone destruction. But it has extended ( metastasis) into neck lymph nodes.

Radiation treatment might help. I recommend you to consult an oncosurgeon for further assistance.

Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.

Yes, Biopsy is required.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for the follow up.

Actual diagnosis is made by removing cells from an abnormal area and looking at them under a microscope.

Wish you a good luck.
