Brief Answer:
Chronic sinus infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to healthcare magic.
I had gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
I had gone through the CT scan findings you had mentioned.
They are suggestive of chronic sinus infection affecting all your sinuses. The sinuses gets their ventilation through a tiny opening. If these openings get blocked, the secretion in the sinuses gets build up. Your frontal and sphenoid sinuses are almost blocked and you might require a surgery called FESS. This is done using a endoscope. The openings of sinuses are enlarged and the diseased mucosa is cleared so that the ventilation for sinuses is improved.
Kindly consult an ENT surgeon and discuss regarding the same.

You will be fine.
Hope I have answered your question. If you have any questions, I am happy to help.
Wish you a good health and speedy recovery.
