Brief Answer:
Needs to be medicine like telmisartan hydrochlorothiazide combination

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Certainly your bp is high and pulse rate is low. Low pulse rate may occur due to high blood pressure or if you are any medicine like Beta blockers.
You should get prescribed tab Telmisartan hydrochlorothiazide combination(40/12.5) mg once a day and frequently monitor bp and pulse rate say Atleast three times a day for a week. Have low salt diet and regular exercises like brisk walking.
You should stop beta blockers if you are taking. Get one ecg done to look for cause of slow pulse rate. If your slow heart rate is persistent then you ll also need Holter monitoring and thyroid profile.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
