Brief Answer:
Treatment has to be given after examination and investigations

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thanks for posting your query.
Vaginal discharge following a sexual contract, can be due to various reasons (cervicitis due to gonococcus and nongonococcal organisms, vaginitis due to yeast fungus, Trichomonas or bacterial vaginitis). Treating the correct cause after investigation on the discharge will be the correct solution for the same.
The other alternative will be syndromic management for pelvic inflammatory disease as you have pain abdomen also.
That too has to be recommended only after an examination.
Consult your physician and get well soon.
