What Does Puffy Hands, Face And Ankles Indicate?
Question: I have been waking up with puffy hands, face and ankles/feet. It is both feet and hands.
As the day goes on, they feel tingling and warm. Not warm to the touch, but warm like i put on Icy Hot.
I feel "Heavy" when i walk, and not truly dizzy, but not quite right.

Good day
Noted your concern. Some of your symptoms may be indicative of thyroid dysfunction. Have you had any thyroid blood works done? What about your periods? Are you post menopausal? If so when was the last periods?
Apart from thyroid blood works, you may also need a CBC, Urine profile, creatinine and a Liver function rest.
Apart from Benadryl, are you on any other long b term medications?

I have had my thyroid tested before, but not lately. I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago. I had recent blood work and they said it was normal, but I am not sure what it all included.
