Brief Answer:
Higher for parathyroid fever

Detailed Answer:
Hi XXXXXXX
Welcome.
I have gone through your report.

Enteric fever includes typhoid and paratyphoid fever.

The test result show that titres for Salmonella typhi which is the causative agent for typhoid fever are low. The titres should be more than 1:160 thus you are not suffering from typhoid fever.
However, the Salmonella paratyphi titres are high for Samonalla paratyphi a. Thus, you are suffering from enteric infection caused by Salmonella paratyphi b.
You need to consult your physician for treatment for Salmonella paratyphi b infection.

Your widal report may suggest positive test for paratyphoid a fever. It is milder form of typhoid fever.

This provisional advice provided by me is based entirely on the input provided to me. I would suggest examination by the doctor.

I hope this suggestion might be of some help to you. Please accept my answer in case you do not have further queries.

Take care.
