Question: Does the following ultrasound indicate no pregnancy/empty uterus? I have been feeling a lot of random movement in stomach and i want to be able to rule out pregnancy.

Uterine cavity appears empty which may indicate absence of pregnancy.
However it is important to see both adnexa also because it may be the site of ectopic pregnancy.
As urine pregnancy test is negative so it also exclude chances of pregnancy.
Your symptoms may be due to some other reasons.It need proper evaluation.

Given negative blood and urine tests, would that rule out ectopic pregnancy? I would be roughly 5 months along if I am.
