Brief Answer:
Normal ultrasound scan

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

The scan report shows everything is fine.

There are eggs in the ovary which is good news. It shows that this is not menopause yet and there is no possibility of worrying about anything.

There is a cyst in right ovary which is likely to have formed after ovulation. This cyst is possible reason for delayed periods.

Let me know if you need anymore help.

Brief Answer:
You can conceive

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Eggs are going to be of small size if not ovulated. It is normal for them to be small.

Elongated follicle means the follicle has ovulated. The remaining part of ovulated follicle becomes elongated and called Corpus luteum. This is normal. Don't worry about it.

Period is delayed probably due to excess progesterone hormone secreted by elongated follicle.

So I do definitely ovulate. Do you recommend follicle tracking scans or do you see I can conceive naturally?

Answered by Dr. Mahesh Koregol (2 hours later)
Brief Answer:
You can conceive naturally

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

You can conceive naturally. Follicle tracking will help in predicting exact date of ovulation rather than clear blue monitor and tells you to try on exact ovulation days.

Last question please
If I have 4 rggs on one ovary and 7 on another does it change each cycle or this how many eggs I have in total

When should my period start? If cyst on ovary how does it go?
doctor
Answered by Dr. Mahesh Koregol (1 hour later)
Brief Answer:
Wait for periods

Detailed Answer:
HI,

Yes. The follicle ( egg) count changes each cycle but not very much. May differ by 2 to 3 eggs only on each side.

Cyst gets absorbed by itself and you will get periods once cyst in absorbed. Wait for periods.
