Brief Answer:
overall a normal USG ...explained

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for the query to HCM,
The scan is more or less normal with enlarged uterus possibly due to adenomyosis , but with heterogenous echotexture which is common during bleeding.
Blood clots are seen indicating a shedding endometrium .
Cervix shows presence of benign nabothian cysts which are not malignant cysts but are mucous filled cysts , caused when stratified squamous epithelium of the ectocervix (toward the vagina) grows over the simple columnar epithelium of the endocervix (toward the uterus). This tissue growth can block the cervical crypts (subdermal pockets usually 2–10 mm in diameter), trapping cervical mucus inside the crypts.
It is suggested that you can start on antifibrinolytics like...
TAB TRANEXAMIC ACID 500mg thrice a day for 5 days. This shall reduce the bleeding and even stop it in few days . If the bleeding still continues then a dilatation and curettage may have to be done and the tissue would have to be sent for HPE examination in lab to look for hyperplasia and atypia of endometrium or for proliferative endometrium which can indicate luteal phase defect.
