Brief Answer:
Normal ultrasound

Detailed Answer:
Hello mam, this report is suggestive of enlarged uterine size which can be due to various reasons like adenomyosis or increased endometrial thickness or subinvolution after pregnancy.
but as mentioned in the reports attached the echotexture and endometrium is normal so nothing to worry and hopefully you weren't pregnant in past couple of years.
I would like to know about your symptoms for which ultrasound was done and your ususl menstrual pattern in terms of cycle length and flow during periods.
waiting for your response.
Take care.

The ultrasound was done due to irregular mensuration. During May 2014, my periods were very irregular. Period started on 1st May and continued till 6th May. Then again after 8 days the bleeding started and continued till 6 days. Then after 3 days blood clots were observed sometimes during urination.
A doctor was consulted and he prescribed Tranostat tab to stop bleeding. Thereafter, he prescribed Regestrone tab. For first 3 months 1 tab daily. And then 2 tab daily for next 3 months. Earlier report of ultrasound showing bulky uterus and other reports is also attached for perusal. Madam, I would like to know whether it is possible to conceive again.

Brief Answer:
nothing active needs to be done

Detailed Answer:
As you have already taken 3 months course of progesterone so now stop the drugs and wait for spontaneous periods to come.
In case your periods come by themselves without irregularities then there is no need to take any other medicine.
Chances of conception decreases with age but if you already have kids then chances of a successful pregnancy is higher.
Hope for the best.

Brief Answer:
should be removed

Detailed Answer:
If it is a chronic cyst then no effect on pregnancy if no pain is there.
But in case it is a recent one and if there is pain and redness then should be drained because otherwise it can cause fever and increase the chance of abortion.
So should be removed before getting pregnant.
