Brief Answer:
primary hypothyroidism.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX hi welcome to HCM.
your mother's thyroid report says that she is a case of primary hypothyroidism.
She needs to be treated with thyroxine replacement. It would be better if she is seen by an endocrinologist at your place. If none is available then you may see a physician. there is no cure for thyroid dysfunctioning. we can only care for thyroid disorders.
what is her current weight? weight will decide her starting dose.
regards!

Brief Answer:
She can start with throxine 75mcg per day.

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX hi! As of now you can start her on tab thyroxine 75 mcg , one tab every day, early morning , empty stomach, and not to take tea or coffee or anything for another 30 minutes after the tablet.
Primary word means the disease is at thyroid gland level and hypothyroidism means the thyroid gland is under functioning .
so the condition of under functioning of the thyroid gland primarily due the disorder of the gland itself is primary hypothyroidism . it has no permanent cure, she has to be on treatment, keep checking her balance timely and stay in touch.
regards!
