Detailed Answer:
Hi...What your kid is having is not vomiting or gastroesophageal reflux as her weight gain is appropriate. She has gained 35.5 grams per day on an average after taking the initial 2 weeks where the baby will lose and gain normal birth weight again. So be rest assured that nothing serious is going on with your baby.

Also be sure that there is no digestion problem as the baby is gaining weight well again. A baby who has got malabsorption as you are suspecting will be losing weight instead of gaining. So do not worry.

What your kid is having is not a diarrhea and is only a gastro-colic reflux. It is quite common for babies of this age group to pass small amount of diarrhea or loose stools soon after feeds. This need not be treated as diarrhea and especially antibiotics are not indicated.

Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry.
