Brief Answer:
ulceration of the colon

Detailed Answer:
Hi.
Thanks for your query.

Understood your concerns about the white blood cells in the stool samples on several tests. Planned for a colonoscopy.

You are a male patient of 66.
The maximum possibility is:

ulceration of the colon as a part of colitis- an infection of the large bowel as there are no other findings you have mentioned like red blood cells or occult blood.
Your only symptom you have mentioned is ongoing diarrhea. Hence with the present history you have given, nothing serious looks to be on the mind, so relax and get the colonoscopy done.
Let us see what the colonoscopy report says. I can understand your thought about possible cancer or so.

I hope to get your feedback about the reports.
Occasional surprises are sometimes expected including that of a normal colonoscopy or a mass.
