Brief Answer:
Your body swelling probably is due to cardiac dysfunction

Detailed Answer:
Hello Ma'am

After going through the medical details provided by you I would try to answer to your query in detail.
As you have told that you have already underwent Angioplasty last year which means you have had a coronary artery disease ( CAD). Now patients with CAD sometimes develop cardiac dysfunction after sometime. In your case your body swelling is probably a part of on going Heart failure. So I would like to advise you to get an ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY done to see the status of your cardiac function.
It's also advisable that you should personally consult a cardiologist as you may need to undergo a check Angiography to see the status of the stents deployed in your heart and also the medicines need to be adjusted.

I hope I have answered your query in detail. If you have any doubt you can ask me back.

I wish you good health
