Brief Answer:
Polycystic ovarian desease is not normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi
GREETINGS

I have seen your blood reports. Vit.D is low, thyroid and sugar is normal. Scan report is not available.
According to you only one ovary is showing follicle, and you haven't mentioned on which day of your periods scan was done.
Because the follicle size increases from day 1 of periods till around 14 to 16th day of your periods if regular.
So follicular study has to be done from day 1or 2 of your periods.
Polycystic findings are seen in only one ovary and it has to be clinically correlated.

Hope my answer helps you.
Regards

Brief Answer:
PCOS

Detailed Answer:
Hi
GREETINGS
As I mentioned earlier you need to get your hormones to confirm PCOD.
If you are over weight you need to reduce your weight to regularise your periods.
Difficult to comment about polycystic ovaries with scan report alone.
I suggest you to consult an infertility specialist.
Hope my answer helps you. Regards
