What Does My Blood Test Result Indicate?

Question: I have low WBC (3.6), RBC (3.92), Platelets (105), Monocytes (10), Neutrophil Absolute (1.90), Lymphocyte Absolute (1.20),Eosinophil Absolute (0.12), Basophils Absolute (0.02) and my Immature agranulocytosis is 0.00. What do you think I might have? Thank you for your opinion.
