Brief Answer:
Urinary tract infection.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Thanks for your question.
Noted your concern.

After going through your reports and clinical details there is Urinary tract infection in your case.
Urine infections are more common in diabetic patients especially with uncontrolled diabetes.
Also urine infection in diabetics may cause serious problem.

Considering urine infection you are on right antibiotics Ofloxacin and Cefixime.

In such case I may suggest-
- Detailed physical examination.
- Blood sugar level Fasting and post-prandial.
- HbA1c
- Urine culture & sensitivity.
- Renal function tests urea, creatinine, electrolyte.
- Ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis.

Depending upon detailed clinical examination and above test results there may be need for Intravenous antibiotics and insulin (if blood sugar levels are uncontrolled).

Hope this helps you.
