Thanks for writing in to us.

I have read through your query in detail.
Following is the interpretation of your results.

1. HbA1C is glycosylated hemoglobin. It shows a 3 month average level of diabetes control or the blood glucose level in general. You might have it a little higher than normal. It is important that you get a glucose fasting and post prandial test done and try and change your diet plan to reduce the glucose consumption by a little. This will delay onset of diabetes should you be prone to be developing it in the future.

In diet, you can try adding fruits and vegetables, especially the less-starchy kinds such as spinach, broccoli, carrots, and green beans.
Please increase high fiber foods in your daily intake.
Avoid processed foods and eat more whole grains.

Maintain a good exercise and fitness schedule and try to maintain a healthy body weight.

2. RBC cell count is above normal I suppose and this does not make much of a difference except when it is much higher than normal. This can happen due to living in higher altitudes with low oxygen content or when the cells are transporting less oxygen.

This can also happen when the oxygen demands of your body increases due to conditions involving lungs and heart which is unable to transport required amounts of oxygen to the rest of the body and the increase red cells are trying to compensate for this deficit in oxygen.

Conditions like dehydration and kidney abnormalities can also cause a higher than normal red cell count.

3. Low vitamin D can make your bones weaker and cause bone pain and in severe conditions might lead to fractures. Please take Vitamin D supplements and spend a few minutes in the morning sun when the temperature is not harsh to the skin.

Hope this answers your question. Please feel free to correct any oversight in my interpretation of your problems and discuss them in detail as per your requirements.

Hope your query is answered.
Do write back if you have any doubts.

Dr.Vivek
