Brief Answer:
You need to be evaluated

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
You need to evaluated for the same. I assume there are no associated medical problems like high blood pressure and not on any medicine. The commonest cause for this could be anemia. Do you have any menstrual problems like menorrhagia? Although, other causes like dehydration if inadequate oral intake oral intake, low blood pressure or pulse rate, certain heart issues like aortic stenosis or hcm could be the cause.
So first you should get yourself examined for blood pressure, pulse rate and auscultation of heart. You get your hemoglobin tested, one ecg done to rule out heart issues. Later, may need Echo.
You have plenty of oral fluids and preferably avoid strenuous activity. Definitive treatment after cause is found.
Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.

Brief Answer:
See the description

Detailed Answer:
Post menopausal state can cause dizziness but not specifically on exertion. Palpitations and dizziness demands cardiac evaluation.
Firstly, you should undergo ecg and then may need Echo or treadmill test. Treadmill test will help knowing the status of heart during exertion.
